Lance Labno, PT, DPT, LMT

Since 1997 Lance has focused on sports performance training, post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation and chronic pain using corrective exercises, dynamic movement analyses and manual therapy such as myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, and neuromuscular therapy.

Lance combines his skills of massage and manual techniques along with teaching his clients how to correctly perform a selective but challenging exercise program and move using proper body mechanics to relieve pain, restore strength and increase mobility. Lance partners with his clients so that their healing is a partnership.

His particular interests include: injury prevention, sports injuries, neck and spine instability, hypermobility, arthritic joint pain and chronic debilitating pain. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine and also a massage certification at Chicago School of Massage Therapy.

When not at work, Lance spends his time with his wife and two children.

Melissa Hampson, Office Manager

Melissa joined Movement Solutions in January 2015 and is charge of all office functions relating to client scheduling, billing and office organization.  Bringing her previous experience from working in finance, Melissa is enjoying learning this field, as she is aspiring to apply to Doctor of Physical Therapy programs in the Chicago area.

In her spare time, Melissa coaches synchronized ice skating to both teenagers and adults.  Growing up a nationally and internationally competitive skater, she is thrilled to be able to further the sport by training young athletes.  Most recently, her team earned a national pewter medal at the US Synchronized Skating Championships in Providence, Rhode Island.
