Goal: To improve control of lower leg internal rotation.
Keep hip, thigh, foot & ankle stable while moving lower leg internally.
For Home Use: Use a paper plate on floor instead of balance disc.
Tempo: Slow speeds for control training. Faster speeds to improve agility.
Duration: 1-2 minutes daily

Resisted Tibial Internal Rotation on Balance Disc
