Sometimes we feel like we’ve been lazy mush of a human being and need to get back to our younger self. This can result in pushing ourselves too hard during workouts creating a plethora of issues including poor posture, walking difficulty and pain. This workshop focuses on the soft skills for the “hard charger” on how to pace yourself during a workout for success.
