How to make the most of your physical therapy session

  1. Make a list of things you would like to work on during your session.

    Consider what daily tasks you are having difficulty performing. Whether due to stiffness or pain. It can be getting out of a chair, bending forward to put on your shoes.

  2. Come 5 minutes early.

  3. Wear comfortable clothes

    Wearing proper footwear to exercise ensures you can get every exercise repetition in.

  4. Bring a pair of shoes that cause you issues.

    If needed, your visit will be spent on foot education. Modifications and recommendations can be made to make your feet feel better.
