Floor work and transfers
Getting down to the floor, working there, and getting back up is one movement in three parts, and the part that feels hard is usually not the part people expect. The same is true of standing up from a chair or kneeling in the garden.
The posts here look at the transfer itself: where it stalls, what carries the load, and what can stand in for the floor while confidence rebuilds. I would rather refine one transfer than add ten exercises.
