Walking and gait

How you walk is shaped by everything from your shoes to the person beside you. Pace changes, stride changes, and the body finds a way around whatever it is protecting. Walking is also the practice most people already have, which makes it the easiest place to start.

The posts here are about what changes a walk, what a stair or a hill asks of the same system, and how to change your gait on purpose rather than by accident.
